* After setting their password, they can log in at [app.gradial.com](http://app.gradial.com)

**Single Sign-On (SSO)**

* No password reset is required
* The user can log in immediately using your organization's SSO provider

## Granting Workspace Access

After a user joins your organization, you control which workspaces they can access.

**Important:** Organization Admins automatically have access to all workspaces. You only need to manually add Members and Viewers.

### Public vs. Private Workspaces

* **Public workspaces** — All organization members and viewers have automatic access
* **Private workspaces** — Users must be explicitly added

### Adding a User to a Workspace

1. From the left navigation, select the workspace
2. Click **Settings** in the top-right corner
3. Select **Access Control**
4. Click **Add Members**
5. Search for the user by name or email
6. Select a **workspace role**
7. Click **Add**

A confirmation message will appear: "Access settings updated successfully."
