Use Case
Apply the same update across a large number of pages based on a single prompt and a list of target URLs. These updates can include changes to copy, links, images, or entire components. Common scenarios include rebrands, seasonal content updates, bulk asset replacements, updating stale links, adding or removing legal and compliance information, and responding to updated brand guidelines.Navigating to Batch Tasks in Gradial
To access Batch Tasks:- Open the Gradial workspace.
- Look at the bottom of the left-hand navigation panel.
- Click on Batch Tasks — represented by a stacked layers icon.

Supported Actions
Gradial supports the following:- Replace specific copy, URLs, or images across multiple pages
- Remove repeated components or blocks (e.g. CTAs, footers, disclaimers)
- Apply updated messaging and assets in bulk.
Input
- Prompt from the Gradial ticket
- Spreadsheet listing affected URLs (CSV or XLS)
URL File Requirements
The attached spreadsheet should include a list of pages to update. The list can be provided in any of the following formats:- AEM authoring links (e.g.
https://author.gradial.com/editor.html/content/gradial/us/en/solutions/ai.html
) - AEM page paths (e.g.

)
