Connect Your AEM

Gradial connects with both on-premise AEM 6.5, AMS, Edge Delivery and AEM Cloud environments for both AEM Sites and AEM Assets, as well as AEM Guides. For instructions on the setup and permissions required for credentials please select one of the options below.

Connect Gradial to Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 (on-premise or AMS) using OAuth 2.0 authentication

Connect Gradial to AMS or AEM Cloud Service using Adobe IMS authentication
Once you have your credentials package from your technology team, you can add the information to Gradial.

Access Integrations

In the Gradial app, go to “Settings” and click “Integrations”

AEM Guides

AEM Guides is Adobe’s enterprise-grade component content management system (CCMS) built on AEM. It enables structured authoring using the DITA standard, supports multi-channel publishing, and provides robust version control and translation workflows for technical documentation teams. Gradial’s AI agents integrate with AEM Guides to automate content creation, updates, translation tasks, and quality assurance across your DITA-based content libraries. Authentication follows the same model as your underlying AEM environment — OAuth 2.0 for AEM 6.5 deployments, or Adobe IMS for AEM Cloud deployments.

Connect Gradial to AEM Guides for AI-powered authoring, updates, and QA across your DITA-based content libraries. Requires AEM 6.5 or AEM Cloud with the AEM Guides add-on installed and licensed.

AEM Edge Delivery Services

AEM Edge Delivery Services is Adobe’s composable approach to building fast, high-impact web experiences. Edge Delivery decouples authoring from delivery, allowing content teams to author in familiar tools (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or AEM) while serving pages from the edge for maximum performance. Gradial’s AI agents integrate with Edge Delivery Services environments to automate content creation, updates, and quality assurance across your Edge Delivery projects. Authentication uses Adobe IMS, the same as AEM as a Cloud Service — you will need a technical account scoped to your Edge Delivery project.

AEM Edge Delivery Services

Connect Gradial to AEM Edge Delivery Services for AI-powered content automation on high-performance edge-delivered experiences. Requires an active AEM as a Cloud Service subscription with Edge Delivery Services enabled and a GitHub-backed Edge Delivery project.
