Asset Search indexes your connected DAM so Gradial can retrieve, match, and act on assets at scale. Once indexed, you can build full campaign matrices populated from your own assets and clean up duplicate content across your library.
Asset Search requires indexing to be configured and run by your Gradial team before you can use it. Contact your Gradial representative to get started.

What You Can Do

Brand-Matched Asset Packs

Drop in a campaign brief, pick your audiences, and Gradial fills the full audience × treatment × channel matrix with imagery pulled from your indexed DAM. Different audiences get different visuals, and every cell stays on brand.
“Build a campaign matrix for our Q3 product launch targeting enterprise and SMB audiences.”

Visual Duplicate Detection

Gradial groups every visual duplicate and near-duplicate in your DAM into a single cluster — including re-exports, re-crops, and color edits that a file-hash check would miss. Pick a canonical version and Gradial replaces stale variants across every site that references them.

Structured, Actionable Results

Every search returns asset paths, titles, and asset IDs the agent can act on directly — not just a list to triage manually.

Visual Workflow Mapping

A live graph shows every task in flight, every matrix cell or cluster completed, and anything stuck upstream.

Human-in-the-Loop Approvals

Workflows pause at QA checkpoints. Nothing ships, replaces, or activates until brand and compliance sign off.

How It Works

1

Index your DAM

Your Gradial team sets up and runs indexing jobs over your connected asset libraries. Asset Search results are only available after indexing is complete.
2

Pick a workflow

Choose to build an Asset Pack from a brief, or open the duplicate cluster view to audit and clean up your library.
3

Ask in plain English

Describe what you want done. Gradial plans the fan-out and shows matched assets, matrix cells, or duplicate clusters before acting.
4

Approve and ship

Review Asset Pack cells or replacement plans. Promote to live when you’re ready.

Getting Started

  1. Connect your DAM. Add your AEM asset library from the integrations page if you haven’t already — see AEM setup.
  2. Contact your Gradial team to schedule indexing for your connected DAM.
  3. Build your first Asset Pack or run a duplicate audit. Once indexing is complete, describe the task in Gradial Chat.
